As I told you, there will be numerous different civilizations. In one of them, all artifical environments will be equipped with automatic body waste removal tools (ABWRT). If a hair or eyelash is dropped on the floor the ABWRT collects them and recycle them.
There will not be any human sexuality. The male and female organs will be either removed or covered with normal skin. No living besides humans will live in those artificial environments. All living thing will be destroyed besides the humans. Those territories will be cleaner than laboratories nowadays.
